Cal Ros is an original peasant farmhouse from 1887 located in the San Pol neighbourhood in the heart of S'Agaró.The house was built by Joan Padrosa at the end of the 19th century.  Recently, we have made a profound and complete restoration of the house and its surroundings, which we would like to share with our customers.

The old stables of the Masia have been restored preserving its charm and architecture, and converted into 3 rural apartments of high quality and comfort. All apartments are perfectly equipped respecting the original construction of the area.
All the apartments have independent access and their own terrace.

The house has common spaces, interiors and exteriors area services. In addition to the space of each apartment, we offer you  the games room  to share and enjoy of special moments. In the outside area you will find the barbecue area, the saltwater pool and the spa, an area for children's games with swings and sandpit, and the sports zone.

We are in the Baix Empordà, at the heart of the Costa Brava, in the province of Girona.  It is a region with a great richness and variety of culture and landscape, well-marked by its geographical characteristics.  Beautiful beaches, leafy forests and an architecture with a marked historical character.

3 APARTMENTS WITH HISTORY:   Cal Ros is a farmhouse from the 19th century composed by three apartments restored with a lot of charm, in the beautiful village of S’Agaró,  Costa Brava.  They are 3 houses from among 5 and 8 places each one, with a total capacity of 17/23 people.

COMMON ZONES OF RE-CREATE AND RELAX: Cal Ros has of some glorious installations to enjoy in family or with friends: swimming pool, spa, garden, barbecue, wooden porch, ping-pong table, darts, table football, soccer goalposts, basketball nets and badminton rackets. Also we offer connection Wi-Fi and private parking. For the smallest, a farm with hens, rabbits, and our dog Bluca!

ACTIVITIES OF LEISURE IN OUR ENVIRONMENT:: The farm is very good situated.  The nearest beaches, 5 minutes walk away, are Sant Pol beach and Sa Conca cove, both in S'Agaró.  Also, it is next (5 minutes on foot) to the shopping centre of S’Agaró, with supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and trades. Besides, it is situated to few kilometres to Platja d’Aro, Castell d’Aro and Sant Feliu de Guíxols.
